Our focus is generally in the B2B, strategic customer domain for thought leadership projects.
There are three areas of emphasis within our thought leadership services:
- Knowledge-Based Relationship Marketing – creating customer intimacy and trust, followed with the sharing of valuable knowledge forms a virtuous cycle leading to deeper trust and higher value knowledge sharing. Building on permission marketing initiatives, knowledge-based relationship marketing establishes individualized two-way communications with customers, sharing knowledge that will fundamentally alter the customer’s business success.
- Knowledge- Based Relationship Creation – involves significant training and support for relationship management personnel across all customer touch points focused on knowledge-based interactions. Beginning with relationship planning, through trusted day-today interactions, and finally forming customer oneness.
- Knowledge Sharing Tools – tools that engage customers in learning opportunities either individually or in teams. Knowledge sharing tools help customers internalize information, thereby creating knowledge.
