Discovering and defining the evolving knowledge of the role your company in a segment or solution area, generally including:  a description of the segment/solution, market information, customer information, personas, value propositions, FABs and message maps, etc. These are documented in some consistent format as project artifacts.

Primary services are delivered as workshop offerings

  • Starting with an initial planning session resulting in defined initiative goals and objectives, and a project definition and schedule.
  • A plan is defined for the appropriate workshops.
  • Workshops are intended to impart information, gather input and make decisions. Generally these have a set of defined pre-work or input, a defined facilitation methodology and specific outputs.
