Your business and your customers are continually changing, but your brand must stay the same? This is old school thinking. Brand Management is about brand evolution. Discovering and defining the initial and evolving knowledge of your brand – at a company, or lower level (e.g.  in a segment) is critical. Given the evolution of the global economy and the mergers and acquisitions associated with this evolution, having a partner that has a broad base of brand management and  brand transition experience is beneficial.

  • A plan is defined for the appropriate workshops.
  • Workshops are intended to impart information, gather input and make decisions. Generally these have a set of defined pre-work or input, a defined facilitation methodology and specific outputs.
