Our passion is to better enable our clients to deliver exceptional value to their customers, partners and employees. We help our clients build deep customer relationships through knowledge sharing, social media engagements and exceptional customer experiences.

Tired of the same old approach? So are we!

It is pretty simple really…we believe in fact based insight. Yes that is right, we believe in actively engaging your customers and we are not afraid of what they are going to say. We are such believers that we ourselves invest in real-time up-to-date research on thought leadership 2.0, Social Media and Customer Relationship Management. We call these our value creation assessments and we welcome your input  Please provide any feedback you have regarding the assessment and our beliefs and passions about marketing on our discussion page.

The Company

Founded in 1993, Filigree focuses on high technology clients. Some of our clients include: SMART Technologies, IBM, TELUS, IDC Canada, Software AG, Sun Microsystems, BakBone Software and Kodak.

We deliver knowledge via facilitation and shared learning consultations.  We add value to client initiatives through research, analysis, synthesis, facilitation, content development and by working with those that matter most, our clients’ customers.  We believe that knowledge is best shared by working closely with our clients whether in person or virtualy. We view facilitation as an opportunity to share knowledge and learn.

We collaborate in efforts to redefine our clients’ business:  how they interact with their customers, what they offer, how they conduct business, and how they work as teams and with partners. We help our clients choose, provide, communicate and share their value to their customers. We call this value creation.
